For the beginning of this year we aim to find out which are the latest trends in employee benefits and your experience is extremely valuable in this endeavor. Today we are launching the 2024 Aon Benefits Study in Romania, which will help both us and employers understand what types of (non)financial benefits are most often offered by companies to their employees, how they design their benefits strategy and, given the global context, how they are managing current challenges in aspects like Wellbeing and DE&I.

Shortly after closing all participants will receive a Romanian market report from Aon. On certain industries a detailed industry report will be available, where enough data is available, and if you and your company will qualify in this, you will be contacted by an Aon representative for a detailed discussion.

The responses are confidential. The results of the survey will only be available in aggregated form and no third party will have access to the individual responses. All surveys will be submitted directly to Aon.
